We are committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your order!

If you are not happy with the merchandise you purchased, you may return or exchange it for any reason as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Returned item(s) must be unworn and in its original condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

1. If the error was made on our part (item arrived damaged, wrong item shipped) we will cover shipping costs. We will provide you with a shipping label once you complete the Return authorization form.

2. Otherwise (you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, etc.) we will still provide you with a return label but the cost of shipping will be added or deducted from your original form of payment.

Please note: All returned/exchanged items are subject to a $7.95 processing and handling fee as well as any shipping costs.

You may return an order for a refund/replacement/exchange (your choice) if:

  • You requested the return within 7 days of receiving the order, and:
  • You have not worn the product.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Any item more than 30 days delivered after delivery.
  • Sale Items (Discounted 20% or greater)
  • Any item that has been worn or washed.

How do I return my item?

Please click the contact us button at the bottom of this page. You will need to provide your order number and the e-mail address you used when you placed your order. Please do not send us the item(s) to be returned until you have submitted a return request to us.
