As a result of Covid-19, our Standard Shipping time is now 1-2 weeks. Although some orders may arrive sooner, we ask that you allow the full time for your delivery.

Our Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 per order. We ship via USPS and UPS depending on location.

Do you ship to International locations?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is $25.00. We ship all International orders by DHL so that your order arrives as soon as possible. Delivery is typically 2-3 weeks. The receiver is responsible for any customs/duties incurred as a result of the shipment.

How do I determine my proper size?

Where are the sneakers?
We do not sell sneakers. We are solely an apparel brand inspired by popular sneakers. Sneakers are shown only to highlight the matching colorways and to give potential outfit inspiration.
Where is SneakGallery located?
We have shipping locations located in Dallas, TX and San Bernardino, CA. If you order more than one item you may receive multiple shipments. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment related to your order.
Do you accept returns or issue refunds?
Our goal is to ensure each customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. We do offer returns for refunds in special cases. Also, we offer store credit that can be used towards a future order or a reorder of a different size. In the event that a return is needed, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA # and Return Instructions within 1 week of your order being delivered.
International orders are currently not eligible for return.
