What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and Apple Pay. You can also Shop Now and Pay Later with AfterPay.

How long is Shipping?
As a result of Covid-19, our Standard Shipping time is now 1-2 weeks. Although some orders may arrive sooner, we ask that you allow the full time for your delivery.

How much is shipping?
Our Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 per order. We ship via USPS and UPS depending on location.

How long has SneakGallery been in business?
We have been in business for over 8 years. We have thousands of satisfied customers across the world. Check out some of our previous customers here.

Do you ship to International locations?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is $25.00. We ship all International orders by DHL so that your order arrives as soon as possible. Delivery is typically 2-3 weeks. The receiver is responsible for any customs/duties incurred as a result of the shipment. 

How is the quality of your apparel?
We take great pride in not only producing unique apparel but also producing quality goods. You can rest assured that all of our products have been produced to the highest standards. 

How do I determine my proper size?
Please refer to the item description for sizing information. In general we suggest sizing up if between sizes. All sizes are are standard U.S. Men sizes unless otherwise stated. If you have questions regarding sizing please e-mail support@sneakgallery.com

Do you Wholesale?
No, we do not offer wholesale at this time.

Where are the sneakers?
We do not sell sneakers. We are solely an apparel brand inspired by popular sneakers. Sneakers are shown only to highlight the matching colorways and to give potential outfit inspiration.

Where is SneakGallery located?
We have shipping locations located in Dallas, TX and San Bernardino, CA. If you order more than one item you may receive multiple shipments. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment related to your order.

Do you accept returns or issue refunds?
Our goal is to ensure each customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. We do offer returns for refunds in special cases. Also, we offer store credit that can be used towards a future order or a reorder of a different size. In the event that a return is needed, please e-mail support@sneakgallery.com to obtain an RMA # and Return Instructions within 1 week of your order being delivered. 

International orders are currently not eligible for return.
