How do I place an order?
Ordering is very easy. Simply find the item you like, select your size from the dropdown menu, and click the Add to Cart button. Once you've added all of your items to your shopping cart, click Go to Checkout to enter your payment/shipping details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. 

How long is Shipping?
Our standard shipping is 5-7 business days. We also offer UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.00 per order. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground with tracking so you'll never have to worry about where your order is. We also offer UPS 2nd Day ($20.00) and Next Day Air ($35.00).

How do I know Sneakgallery is Legitimate?
We have been in business for over 4 years. We have thousands of satisfied customers across the world. Check out some of our previous customers here.

Do you ship to International locations?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is $35.00. We ship all International orders by DHL Worldwide Express so that your order arrives as soon as possible. Delivery is typically 5-7 business. The receiver is responsible for any customs/duties incurred as a result of the shipment. 

How is the quality of your apparel?
We take great pride in not only producing eye catching apparel but also producing quality goods. You can rest assured that all of our products have been produced to the highest standards. 

How do I determine my proper size?
All of our apparel runs true to size. They are standard U.S. Men sizes. If you have questions regarding sizing please e-mail support@sneakgallery.com

Do you Wholesale?
Yes, we do offer wholesale. If you own a retail store or boutique please e-mail wholesale@sneakgallery.com to inquire on how you can carry our brand.

Where is SneakGallery located?
All of our items are shipped from Cypress, California.

Do you accept returns or issue refunds?
We do accept returns/exchanges for reasons such as improper fitting. Return postage is paid by the customer. There is a $7.95 restocking fee per item for all returns which result in a refund. You will be offered a refund for the cost of the item minus shipping and restocking fees or given the option to exchange the item for your proper size . If a mistake is made on our part, we will provide a return label free of charge. If an order is incorrect, we must be notified within 72 hours of the order's arrival and it should be returned to us within 1 week. Orders should be returned in the exact condition they were delivered in.
